Below are pictures of our 3 step process in conducting a sale.  Step one is preparing the estate for the sale which includes setting up all the items in the sale, cleaning, tagging, and pricing.  Step two is the conduction of a successful sale.  Lastly, is step 3 which is where we clean the estate to make sure it is in real estate/rental ready condition while respecting our client's wishes about how to handle left over items.
